1. We have an informal chat about your project by phone. I ask you to send me some images which inspire you, to get an idea of what thoughts you may already have - some clients have no starting point, and that’s okay too.
2. I visit your home in person to better understand your project, and what can be achieved. We’ll discuss colours to get a general feel of who you are and what you love.
3. Larger projects often mean more than one site visit, depending on what you require from me. Following the consultation, I present you with my colour solutions along with a written specification, listing all colours and finishes which I hand to my decorator - alternatively you may prefer to hand the information to your own decorator, either option is available.
